Making a habit of exercising regularly might be difficult. So why bother? There might be a number of reasons why you’re not getting results: space, disinterest, an illness. You Don’t Have Enough Time

In the past, how many times have you contemplated exercising out but decided against it because you only had 30 minutes available? To have a solid workout, most of us believe we must exercise for 60-90 minutes minimum.

In most cases, putting in the utmost effort for 15-30 minutes is more useful than putting in the same effort for twice as long. A leaner, stronger body is within your reach, and your workouts will never get boring!

You’re Tempted By Television

Distractions at home are much more varied as well as many than they are at a gym or outside. There is a steady barrage of temptations, from TV to email to domestic duties, to seduce you. Working from home for a long period of time may have its drawbacks.

Make an effort to restrain yourself from turning on the TV while you’re sitting around doing nothing. If you love watching the morning news, program your remote to turn off the TV at a certain time each day so that you are reminded to get up and go outside when the show is over.

You’re Tired

After a long day, it’s normal to want to crack open a drink and relax on the sofa. However, even a little amount of physical activity may have a positive impact on both your physical and mental health. An energy boost should kick in after around five minutes, keeping you going for the rest of your exercise.

You’re Not Motivated

Everybody has those days when they’re exhausted, irritable, and aching from all the stuff they’ve done. You don’t give a second thought to going to the gym.

The Health Psychology journal released research in which it was revealed that doing exercise at the same time each day helps you form an “instigation habit,” which is a cue that you see, hear, or even feel. You’ll be more encouraged to work out if you stick to a regular schedule.

You Don’t Know What to Do
